DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 5 days of receiving your merchandise at email@example.com
Please note, we do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Earrings are final sale as in accordance to state law for intimate items, as to protect all purchasing parties from infection, disease or other impurities. Sale items, special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise, at which time you will be notified by e-mail. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. We cannot process your exchange until we receive your original order.
NICKHO REY does not cover return shipping costs. However, you may request a pre-paid UPS Ground return label at $8.95, which can be billed to your original form of payment or subtracted from your refund.
Special orders may not be refundable and is subject to style and color. Special orders include customized styles and/or anything that is not in stock and specially made for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
**FLASH SALES** ARE FINAL SALE
MAKING A RETURN IS EASY - JUST FOLLOW THESE 4 STEPS:
1) Request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Complete the return form received with your order and include it in your return package.
3) Label your return with your RA#. Please write this number clearly on the outside of your package. The merchandise must be packaged and postmarked within 5 days from the date the RA# was issued.
4) Please send your package through a courier service with tracking capability (in case you do not want to make use of our service of providing you with a pre-paid FedEx return label at $8.95). Ship your labeled package to the following address:

International purchases are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot honor return or exchange requests on international orders at this time.
